Join us for this 1-hour lunch program discussing corporate real estate environmental due diligence and the most effective uses of legal and environmental documents.

This beginner to intermediate course is designed for commercial bankers, commercial real estate agents, and commercial real estate investors that are seeking more knowledge about identifying and reducing environmental risks through due diligence. Some areas discussed will include:

  • Loan Documents, Purchase & Lease Agreements
  • Property Transactions
  • Phase I and Phase II of the ESA Process
  • Regulatory Assurances and Grant Funding
