empowHERed: Building Confidence in Girls for tween and teen girls ages 8-14.

Are you ready for your tween or teen to have their confidence boosted, feel empowered, and learn new skills including meditation, gratitude journaling, and goal setting?

empowHERed is a TWO-PART event that will uplift, inspire, and encourage your tween or teen! Join other tween and teen girls to hear from inspiring leaders, create vision board and affirmations while having fun and learning how to celebrate all that is YOU!

PART ONE:
Uplifting portrait event in Shaina's studio. Access to couture dress client closet. Portrait featured at empowHERed In-Person event.

PART TWO:
empowHERed In-Person event! Join other tween and teen girls to hear from inspiring leaders, create vision board and affirmations while having fun and learning how to celebrate all that is YOU!

Hear from Trisha Hayden, RN, Certified Life Coach, & Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Trisha is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their desired goals. With a deep understanding and training in of the power of mindset, Trisha empowers her clients to overcome limiting beliefs, cultivate resilience, and develop a growth oriented mindset to help them achieve success in any area of life. 

Registration fees will be donated to Washburn Center for Children.
