Speakers Terese Corey Blanck and Judy Anderson are the founders of Emerging Advantage, a unique and talented pair with the knowledge and experience you need to help navigate the next generation of our workforce.. Working together for 20 years in this specialty niche field, they know young adults -- how they think, self-motivate and develop. Terese and Judy are each consultant, expert, trainer, speaker and author, whose education and entire careers have been dedicated to the development of young adults. Their goal and passion is to merge business strategy and entry-level employee development of Generation Y, Emerging Adulthood, and leveraging their experience working with young adults. Their application of this knowledge - and their understanding of the demographic shift combined with entry-level deficiencies - is both cutting edge and critical.
