“Rethinking Immigration – Life Together” Event

 
Community-wide engagement with residents in the southwest metro, in a public discourse about immigration, which would lead to a better understanding, and a more livable and prosperous community for all.
 
Objective:
 
To inform and educate, with the goal of improving positive human relations among the residents of Carver and Scott counties.  Free and open to the public.

VENUE:  Chaska Community Center – Theater, Gallery, and Sun Room
 
PROGRAM FORMAT:  Town Hall Forum – *Panel Presentation, Audience Q & A.
2:00 – 3:15 PM  Opening Remarks, Introductions, Panel Presentations, Immigrant Experience Stories – Karina Carrasco, Mary Fuentes and Grecia Lozano
3:15 – 4:15 PM  Audience Q & A
4:15 – 4:30 PM  Conclusion, and Closing Remarks
