Charter Bank is celebrating a recent name change and merger. We are excited to kick off this announcement with a ribbon cutting to celebrate this momentous occasion. Join us at noon for the ribbon cutting ceremony and refreshments.
Charter Bank started in Eau Claire, WI in June of 1980. With the recent name change and merger with Chanhassen and Chaska, our total asset size is around $800 million. This acquisition was made to enhance market share and emphasize the values of community banking in the markets we serve. The name change and merger combines two strong community-focused financial institutions with products, services, and values that complement each other. This union enhances our product offerings, will increase our available lending limits, and better serve the needs of both communities.
