What is the Southwest Metro Leadership Program?
It’s a 9-month community engagement program designed to develop leadership skills, gain awareness of the Southwest Metro community, create a network of informed leaders and encourage greater involvement in the community. 

Diversity in the Workplace & Networking 101- 8:00am-12:00pm
Group Planning- 8:00-8:30am
Diversity in the Workplace- Sarah Bridges, Ph.D., M.B.A. (Bridges Consulting) 8:30am-10:30am
Networking 101- Jeff Filipek (Chamber of Commerce President) 10:30am-12:00pm
