This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga practice (no previous experience necessary!). It will cater to the unique needs of runners and walkers, focusing on:

- Learning therapeutic movements to help release tension in the muscles that we use for running/walking.

- Finding more mobility and stability in our bodies to help build a better running/walking pattern

- Developing awareness about how our muscles move and function.

- Learning how to fully release muscles in a way that is different from "stretching".

We will spend the first half discussing the topic, followed by a 90 minute practice. Each participant will receive a take home sheet with movements they can practice at home before and after they run or walk. We hope you can join us!
