“Governor Pawlenty will share his strategy for moving Minnesota forward. His remarks will not only focus on balancing the budget, but strategically positioning Minnesota to prosper in a new economy. He will share his priorities, including his proposal for a Minnesota Jobs Recovery Act which includes cutting the business tax rate in half over 6 years, converting the capital equipment sales tax refund to an upfront exemption and a number of other initiatives.
