Event Details & Policies

$30 cash only to play.
We are unable to accept credit card payments for gameplay.

Participants must be 18 years or older to play bingo.
Children are not permitted to use bingo daubers.

Event Sponsorship: $500

• Prominent logo placement across all marketing materials, including website, social media, email campaigns, signage, and banners
• Opportunity to call a bingo game and promote your business during Purses, Pumpkins & Pints
• Opportunity to greet attendees at check-in
• Booth space at the event (retail sales permitted; food and beverage sales excluded)
• Opportunity to distribute branded materials or promotional items to attendees
• Social media recognition, including dedicated posts and mentions
• Dedicated post-event email featuring sponsor message (sent to opt-in attendees)
• Access to attendee list (with consent) for follow-up marketing (may not be used for mass email distribution per spam regulations)
• Inclusion in post-event recap materials and communications

Game Sponsorship: $250

• Recognition as a bingo game sponsor during one or more games (based on total number of sponsors)
• Access to attendee list (with consent) for follow-up marketing (may not be used for mass email distribution per spam regulations)
• Social media recognition, including event-related posts and mentions
• Inclusion in post-event recap materials and communications

Please note: Sponsorships do not include complimentary gameplay. Game packs will be available for purchase at $30 per person.
