Event Description:
Spring flooding is on the minds of Minnesota business owners.  Many factors are pointing toward major spring flooding in Minnesota, possibly even into areas that have not experienced flooding in the past.  
 
We want to provide you with a valuable webinar, plus links and resources to share with your companies.

The statewide webinar will include speakers from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources – Division of Waters, Floodplain Management. Plus, presenters from a community that has first-hand flood experience; the Austin Minnesota Chamber and Mike Ankeny-owner of Ankeny Dairy & Mini Marts in Austin.
 
At 1:00 we will welcome, Ken Carlson, Carver County Embergency Management to share information on local resources and how the county and the cities are preparing for possible flooding. 

Find out about the many resources available to your business, including flood insurance.  Preparation is the key to weathering and lessening the effects of flooding on your business.
